What is the 8 Point Facelift?

Using a new approach, with the new VYCROSS range of Juvederm dermal fillers, it is possible to revitalize, reshape and lift the face and achieve a natural result.

The 8 Point Lift was developed by Brazilian Surgeon, Dr Mauricio de Maio and involves injecting deposits of Juvederm Voluma and Juvederm Volift in 8 distinct treatment areas.

The procedure

The procedure for the 8 Point Face Lift takes up to one hour. After your consultation, during which your areas of concern will be thoroughly discussed and examined, we will begin the process of injecting Juvederm into the targeted areas.

Discomfort is minimal with Juvederm, but we will apply topical anaesthetic to make sure you barely feel a thing.

No downtime is necessary following the 8 Point Facelift, and you will be able to return to your daily routine the very next day. For the first 24 hours after treatment, take care to avoid alcohol consumption, strenuous exercise and excessive sun or heat exposure. This will minimise the risk of temporary redness, swelling or itching at the treatment sites.

How long do the results last?

You will see an improvement immediately after treatment, but the full benefits will become visible after one to two weeks as the Juvederm filler begins to settle. Your fresh new look should last between 9-18 months, and you are welcome back to the practice for top up treatment whenever you like.
